Very interesting concept. Book is easy to read and instructions are quite clear. I wouldn't necessarily suggest to use this approach during a meeting, but some points can be derived for management of personal projects... or maybe this is just an introvert in me is taking a stand...

Starting off wearing my white hat, this book has only 173 pages and did not take me long to read at all.
