Relation Concering Books The Sacrifice (The Enemy #4)
The Sacrifice picks up after Small Sam and The Kid arrive at the Tower of London at the end of The Dead. Though Sam finds safety and friendship at the Tower with Jordan Hordern's crew, he can't settle down. The only thing he wants is to be reunited with his sister, Ella. Despite Ed's protests, Sam and the Kid strike out westward, through the no-go zone.Meanwhile, Shadowman is tracking Saint George across north London, watching him build up his army. Shadowman knows that Saint George is an extremely dangerous threat, but no one will take his warnings seriously.
Some answers to the questions we've been wondering about--What is the Disease? Where did it come from? Is there a cure?--are addressed by an unexpected source: a diseased adult nicknamed Wormwood who has the ability to speak, though his ravings are difficult to decipher.
Unspeakable horror, edge-of-the-seat suspense, and stomach-churning plot twists continue in Book 4 of Charlie Higson's masterful Enemy saga.

I really loved this book. Once again, this series continues to grow and get better. I can't quite explain what it is about this series that makes it so unique, seeing as it's just one zombie series in a list of many. And admittedly I haven't read many zombie books. But this series, these characters, even the zombies/mothers/fathers/sickos, whatever you want to call them, they're so unique and strangely endearing. Plus, this series is not a kids series. I would only recommend it for the older YA4 books in and this series has yet to disappoint me. So often, a series will start strong, then lose its way. I never felt that the previous books were lacking anything, but after reading this one, I feel like things are really starting to take off.
This series keeps being one of the best zombie series Ive read! Madd Matt creeps me the fuck out. But its all so realistic of how people would cope in a situation as messed up as this. On to the next!

I thought this book was probably the best one in the series so far because it had a few crossovers and so much stuff went down. we learned the main sicko "saint George" was the guy from the bus who wasn't sick who killed his son Liam and sam and the kid ran off then they ed found them and is now taking him to find his sister
*Actually 4.5 stars**No major spoilers*Can someone please tell the grown ups to chill the f*ck out?! They are bone chilling and creepy as hell!I am so in love with this series. Each book is just brilliant. They are freaky and frantic and flippin' fantastic. I got warned that this one was a bit slower paced but I really didn't get that at all.A couple of things I really liked through this book are a beginning of a background for the cause of the illness in the first place, and how the adults are
I'm only doing a mini review of this book because I've reviewed all the other books in the series and don't really have anything much extra to add so I'll just sum it up?book/series summary This book is basically about a apocalyptic version of London where a disease has turned all the adults into zombies. It's basically Gone meets The Walking Dead. Each book follows certain groups of kids and their quest/mission which depends on which characters you're following. This book follows The Kid and
The Sacrifice is the fourth book in the Enemy series and focuses mainly on Sam&The Kid as well as Shadowman and Ed. Its set a year after the catastrophe has happened (shortly after the end of the Enemy) and shows us that the kids slowly have settled down. At the same time they start to investigate and ask themselves if this is their new life. The story still progresses a lot. Especially in terms of getting to know what actually happens in the grown ups minds/heads. We learn what actually
